This 14-story combo hotel for Hardam Hotels, LLC has a 298 guest rooms, 5,000 SF meeting room and a six-level parking garage with a roof top amenity deck with infinity pool overlooking the Houston skyline.
Consulting with g2 saves $$$
G2 is consulting on this 140 key hotel in California. It was originally designed as a typical branded hotel with a parking structure. We changed it to a podium with all parking on grade. Saves $$$.
Turning the hospitality world upside down!
G2 is currently working on a new Cambria hotel on a very tight site near a historic district. Using a jump lobby, we placed the main lobby on the top floor, along with a patio to take advantage of the views.
Just behind those big windows is the pool.
